John Waddy

Project Manager

John Waddy is an entrepreneur, business advisor, and growth strategist with more than 30 years of experience building, leading, and advising companies. He began his career with IBM before becoming an entrepreneur and starting and growing multiple businesses across marketing, technology, consulting, and professional services.

Throughout his career, John has worked closely with entrepreneurs and management teams to solve complex business problems, accelerate growth, improve operations, and build stronger organizations. His experience spans business strategy, sales and marketing, technology, organizational development, systems, and operations, giving him a broad perspective on the challenges facing middle-market companies.

Mr. Waddy brings an entrepreneur’s perspective to GGG Partners, with particular expertise in helping business owners assess challenges and opportunities, establish priorities, improve execution, and navigate periods of growth, transition, and financial or operational change.

Community Involvement & Service

Mr. Waddy has served on the boards of the Entrepreneurs’ Organization (EO) Atlanta and the Atlanta Interactive Marketing Association. He is passionate about entrepreneurship and is active in the Atlanta business community, coaching and mentoring business owners and emerging leaders.
