Jessica Peterson


Jessica Talley Peterson is a Certified Public Accountant with over eighteen years of experience of diverse accounting and financial management experience including public accounting, corporate finance, forensic accounting, due diligence, turnaround management and debt structuring. Jessica specializes in finding and implementing solutions to complex business problems such as managing through a business crisis, conducting fraud investigations and planning and executing an investment or divestiture.

Throughout her career, Jessica acted as a strategic resource to her clients as a temporary or part time resource for the completion of projects that require a higher level of experience that may not be found in-house.  Her experience includes: assuming the role of CFO or interim management, internal controls, cash flow optimization, transitions, performing due diligence activities related to debt and equity investments, negotiating with creditors and vendors, performing turnaround/restructuring activities and performing internal corporate investigations related to fraud or white collar crime.

Over the course of her career, Jessica has:

  • Assumed the role of CFO of a $30 Million ITS construction company to protect the fiduciary interest of private equity and lenders during the restructure and completion of bonded projects.
  • Acted as strategic financial management on interim basis for $30 Million manufacturing company through the restructure and sale of the company.
  • Acted as CFO of a $10 Million consumer products company, acted as financial steward, assessing operational and financial deficiencies and implemented accurate and timely financial reporting to investors and budget management.
  • Acted as CEO of a $5 Million ATM company, guiding the company through financial restructure culminating in the successful sale of the company.

Prior to joining GGG Partners, Jessica spent her career working in a variety of professional roles focused on providing solutions to complex business problems by offering services such as interim financial management, forensic accounting, and corporate turnaround and restructure including litigation support, debt restructure, and chief restructuring officer (“CRO”) services. Jessica also has experience in representing businesses in the strategic planning for growth in changing market conditions.
