Edward Bidanset

Edward J. Bidanset has over twenty-five years’ experience in finance and operations with middle market companies and management consulting. He has held the position of Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer in numerous industries. His assignments have been in Europe, China and the U.S.A.

Prior to joining GGG Partners in 2017, Ed served for eight years as Managing Director at Morris Anderson & Associates, Ltd, with sabbaticals at two distribution companies.

Ed’s assignments include mergers and acquisitions, liquidations, re-finances, profit improvements and consolidations. He has experience in printing, metal stamping, nursing homes, electronics, medical devices, domestic and international distribution, logistics, injection molding, automotive, pet and consumer products. His specialty is building the management team to transition the company for the next stage of growth.

Ed served as Marketing Controller for Exide Electronics and assisted a multi-departmental team in winning a $612 million Air Force contract. Earlier in his career, he worked for Ingersoll-Rand and Eaton Corporation.

Community Involvement & Service

Mr. Bidanset has served on the Board of Directors for Senior Care Group and ITA “the institute for therapy through the arts”. He has lectured for the N.C. Banking Commission and the Tri-State Association for Corporate Renewal.
