Ms. Goodman joined GGG Partners, one of the oldest turnaround consulting firms in the United States, in 2001. Since then, she has worked with both public and private companies, focusing in particular on middle-market firms in the Southeast.

Curt Friedberg joined GGG in 2004 and has held positions of CRO, CRO, CFO, CIO, CFO and financial advisor to numerous companies. Over the last 6 years, Mr. Friedberg has been engaged with over 40 different trucking and logistics companies.

Adam Cohen has a diverse background in finance, operations and M&A. Mr. Cohen has held multiple positions as CFO from a private equity firm to a national LTL trucking company. He has worked in healthcare, food franchising and more.

Murray Cohen has extensive financial and general management experience in branded consumer products and services, including soft drinks, juices, foods and food service, wines, electronics and garden products. He also lead the internal M&A for Coca-Cola.

Vic Taglia has served as the Chief Financial Officer for construction and manufacturing companies in various industries, including a publicly-held manufacturer of asphalt production and heat transfer machinery. His financial includes many privately-held businesses.

INTERN

Mr. Pointon holds the position of intern at GGG partners whilst pursuing an MBA degree from Kennesaw State University. Mr. Pointon received his undergraduate degree in England whilst acquiring management training within the hospitality sector for Greene King.

A turnaround specialist and corporate crisis manager since 1965, Jerry Goldress has been called a “master of turnaround” by Business Week. Since joining GGG Partners in 1973, he has been president of more than 100 manufacturing, distribution, and retail organizations.
