Kevin Van de Grift, CPA has extensive experience in accounting, finance, treasury, operations, sales, project management, real estate, and lending for both private and publicly traded companies. His varied background as an employee, owner, and interim executive gives him an excellent perspective on the various stakeholders in an organization.
Kevin is extremely organized, detailed oriented, and a stickler for meeting deadlines. He prides himself on being able to build strong working relationships with the varied employees he encounters in the organization allowing him to be extremely successful in getting the job done.
Kevin has helped private equity companies in various interim COO and CFO roles. He has also worked with real estate investment trusts, lenders, and medical device companies.
Most recently, Kevin has helped community hospitals navigate through the Chapter 11 process. He has worked with management on negotiating with vendors, cash flow and budgeting, filing and reporting requirements, employee communication, revenue enhancements, and expense controls.
Kevin spent 14 years as an entrepreneur in real estate and a service management business. He successfully sold the service management business in 2008. In these businesses, Kevin was integral in sales, operations, finance, and human resources. This experience has given him a strong appreciation and understanding of the importance of all facets of a business needing to work together to achieve the organization’s goals.
Kevin also worked for The Coca-Cola Company as a project manager and principal financial analyst after working in public accounting for Arthur Andersen and Coopers & Lybrand.

Kevin has served on several non-profit boards, finance committees, and led various special project committees.
Kevin graduated with high honors from the University of Florida with a Masters & Bachelors in Accounting.
